Today is my second stop on The Lipstick Laws tour, put together by The Teen {Book} Scene. Today I have April, the protagonist from The Lipstick Laws, here to answer some questions!
Hey April! Thanks so much for taking some time out of your day to drop by and answer some questions!
Thanks for asking to interview me! I feel all important!

Quick! Describe yourself in seven words or less!
Fun, rule-breaker, clever-schemer, quirky, flat-as-a-board, geek-magnet (okay, so that’s technically more than seven words. See? I am a rule-breaker.).
So really, what’s it like to be a part of Britney’s inner circle of friends?
That depends on if you're one of those creepers who gets pleasure from pain and punishment or not. Personally, I’m not a fan of all the backhanded compliments, unwanted fashion advice, and know-it-all-ness that Britney’s so good at… but, I admit, the celebrity that goes along with it is pretty addictive.
From what I remember, high school can be embarrassing and quite torturous at times (but it can also be fun!). So spill, what's one of your most embarrassing high school moments so far?
I’ve been through a lot of humiliating things this year, but I don’t want to give away too many spoilers… so I’ll say that the fact that no one in my school (except for Delvin McGerk) knew I existed at the beginning of the year was super embarrassing. I mean, who wants to be a nobody?
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
Most people don’t know that I loved my old school and friends in Pittsburgh! There weren’t any Lipstick Lawlords there and I was a social butterfly without having to conform to a crazy set of laws.
If you were a lipstick color, what would you be called (examples: Bombshell; Caution; Sweet & Single...)?
I’d be called Luscious Lawbreaker
Nice answer! Thanks so much for the fun interview!
